    Atrium 304 è un condominio attico spazioso (1562 piedi quadrati) che è perfetto per gruppi fino a dieci persone. Con due master suite e un sacco di opzioni di pernottamento, è la scelta ideale per due famiglie di condividere. Amerai anche la posizione: la navetta della ski area si ferma proprio fuori dal complesso, ed è a soli due isolati da tutti i ristoranti, i negozi e i divertimenti della storica Main Street Breckenridge!

    Soffitti a volta e un sacco di luce conferiscono a questa unità un, sensazione di spazio aperto. A livello centrale, la zona giorno dispone di un camino pavimento al soffitto gas ciottoli e grande TV LCD - è solo il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste per le bevande, la conversazione e un film preferito. C'è anche un diritto di balcone e grill a gas fuori dalla porta del patio. La cucina completamente attrezzata è pronto per montare su cena e spuntini, con posti a sedere per sei a tavola e altri 4 al bar. La master suite regina è anche a questo livello, così come un'altra camera da letto con due letti singoli.

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

Great location and space

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick vacation

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses on some of the beds were not very good and most of the dressers were broken so when you pulled the drawer out they fell out. The comforters were old and shabby looking. We did not know there was no elevator and that we would be staying on the third floor. This was a bit of a hassle when loading ski’s, groceries, etc.

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

3rd floor with no elevator was cumbersome. Could use a couple more towels with no in house laundry and four floors down to community waher dryer .But overall great location and clean unit management very resposive and accommodating

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

This spacious 3 bedroom with a loft is amazing from a space for the price perspective. Comfortable living area and very functional kitchen with all of the tools to whip up a meal if you wanted to. No need to cook though since it's a short stroll (600 yards) down the stairs to town that's loaded with tons of great dining options. free bus picks you up every 20 minutes right accross the street and takes you to Peak 9 in about 10 minutes. Same bus takes you back at the end of the day and drops you off right in front. Parking is ample and even underground garage parking if you lucky enough to get one of those spots. I will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Breck

Close to everything you need

Great place to stay. The only bummer was the queen bed on the main level was very hard and not comfortable but everything else was great.
