The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and whimsical gondola wallpaper that adds a fun mountain touch. A double sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The bright, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, while the dining area and comfortable living room offer plenty of space to gather. Guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access on Peak 9 (subject to opening and closing dates as determined by Breckenridge Ski Resort) and full Beaver Run Resort amenities, including hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, fitness center, arcade, and on-site dining options.

Covered parking is available with in-and-out privileges for a fee. All on-site parking is charged nightly, ranging from $15–$40 per vehicle depending on the season.
There are no additional housekeeping fees. Daily mini-service is available upon request and includes trash removal, replenishing amenities, and fresh towels. When you book directly through Beaver Run, you can also enjoy the convenience of leaving your suite without any departure cleaning required.
