    You'll love using granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to prepare special meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Gather with your loved ones for dinner at the large dining table, then head out to the private balcony for dessert, wine, and fantastic views while catching up with old friends.

    Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

    With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful mountain condo

The condo had an amazing location, was beautifully furnished and decorated, had a lot of space and everything we needed to enjoy an extended family vacation.

Very nice condo!

We have stayed at Waterhouse building 6 several times. This is the best place to stay. The unit was so cozy and one of the smallest but the most eloquent one we have rented. The set up was perfect for our family of 5. The sitting area actually had enough seats for all of us and the set up was perfect and beautiful. There was an office area that was perfect for my SIL to work and to do some editing. Quiet unit with good views.

A Great Stay

Everything was beautiful, but there were several broken items. Nothing that needed to be taken care of during our stay and it didn't affect our time. However, Vacasa will want to check in on the property. The location was perfect, with pretty views. There was more space than we needed for our family of three, so it felt large and never crowded

Amazing place!

Amazing place! Perfect for our family and grandparents. Kids loved the bunk room. The facility was great with the ski valet and lift within walking distance. And you could also walk into town to restaurants and shops! We loved using the hot tub after skiing, and the bath robes in our closet were an extra bonus! We had a corner unit which was plenty big for our family. One thing that could have helped is I wish the description of the place was more detailed—I had brought a pack in play for my baby and a crockpot to use for dinner. When we got there, I found the place had both of those things! It was no big deal, but would have saved me some packing.

Great Stay

This home is perfect for staying in Breckenridge. Classy and elegant, yet still comfortable. The location can’t be beat for those wanting to have walkability to Main Street. Only issue we had was fireplace was not working and property management did not address during our eight night stay, though reported first day. However, this would not stop us from returning, and are already looking at dates to come back to this fabulous property.

Great location but amenities marginal

Hot water for showers was not there for 1/2 the time. The bathtubs seemed to but most don’t favor that. Apartment was reasonably clean - “B” Seats at kitchen island were wicker and have seen a lot of use such that when one sat down, one had the sensation of tipping backwards. Dishwasher seemed to have been put in in a slap dash way. When the door was fully opened, the entire machine tipped for a couple of inches. All in all the rental was not that expensive so that was a plus but, having owned one of these Waterhouse units in the past, the state of the unit and amenities were not quite there. A+ for the ski check team, always courteous and prompt.

The home was beautiful, but the cot under the couch was needed for a guest and very dirty with food under cushions and sheets were not washed. The shower in hall did not hold warm water well. We had fun despite those small things.

Beautiful property and location.

This was an amazing condo with high end finishes and great location. First of all the infrastructure is so high end we never heard any noise from the hallways or neighboring units above or below. The square footage was ample and so well laid out that not an inch was wasted but it still felt spacious. The cupboards were perfectly stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We loved the pool and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. The unit was immaculately clean and very well cared for.

Great property

This property is outstanding. The location couldn't be better--we had four teenagers and they were able to walk everywhere in town. This condo is in great shape, pretty new with a modern layout, and has two master bedrooms with en suites. One of them is definitely better appointed than the other, but 3 bed/3 bath plus an office is a pretty stellar setup within a few steps of Maggie Pond, Main Street, and hiking trails. Secure, underground parking is great. Only a couple minor drawbacks--the layout of the property is a little strange--the front desk is a couple of buildings over with no direct foot access. Not a big deal once you're checked in. We had a ceiling fan maintenance issue that never got resolved, but again, not a huge problem. The hot tubs are closed and the pool requires reservations due to COVID, as of July 2020. I wish I would have known about this in advance since that was a selling point for us. Overall though, I'd definitely book this unit again without hesitation. It was perfect for our party of six.

Mostly Great condo

We spent 6 days in this condo in June 2020 with my wife, two kids and two of their friends. We had a great time and the condo was overall very nice. Would definitely stay again. The good: *great location, easy access to main street and skiing *very clean throughout *mostly good quality materials throughout *nice layout, roomy, never felt crowded *well stocked kitchen and bathrooms What needed work: *Some Appliances needed repair - Freezer was not making ice (there was a sign mentioning it), dishwasher did not dispense detergent a couple of times, towel rack in MBath kept falling down *Pools/Hot tub where (understandably) closed
