Questa splendida baita di lusso con 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni è un rifugio rilassante per famiglie numerose o gruppi di massimo 14 persone. Immerso in una splendida valle appena fuori Breckenridge, questa casa di lusso appartata ha tutto ciò che si desidera in una casa per le vacanze sulle Montagne Rocciose. A soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Breckenridge e Breckenridge Ski Resort offre una privacy senza pari e una vista incredibile. Amerai la vasca idromassaggio privata, avvolgente enorme intorno al ponte, un facile accesso ai sentieri locali, tre spazi abitativi e una sala giochi con un tavolo da biliardo.
All'interno, la zona giorno principale dispone di due aree salotto con arredamento confortevole, un bellissimo camino a gas in pietra del fiume e una grande TV LCD. Al piano superiore troverete la seconda zona giorno con tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da poker, giocattoli per bambini e una grande TV LCD. La terza zona giorno si trova nella suite privata al piano inferiore che è un luogo perfetto per lo spazio privato di una coppia. All'esterno troverete un'ampia coperta avvolgente con molti comodi mobili, un grill a gas e una vasca idromassaggio privata.
La cucina è appena fuori dalla zona giorno principale e presenta ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8 persone e tutto il necessario per preparare un capolavoro culinario. C'è anche un garage riscaldato con due auto, asciuga-scarpe e una zona lavanderia completa.

Absolutely Loved It!

This home was the perfect hub for us on our Spring Break ski trip. It's in a beautiful, private location (and yes, you do need 4WD between Sept-May). We especially loved the rec room (and pool table) and the hot tub. The decor was very nicely done, the house was spacious, and everything was really clean. It was a bonus to have 2 parking spots in a garage for our cars!We will definitely be bookmarking this home for a future stay.

Perfect Breckenridge VRBO

This place is great! It's about 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and 20 minutes from Frisco. The place had everything you could ever need (except bring your own coffee) for the whole family - we were there with a newborn, a five-year-old (who loved the arcade games, and teenagers who loved the pool table. We were there in January with lots of snow, and you definitely need a 4WD to get up the driveway. The communication from the property manager was excellent. THe next time we're in Breckenridge, we'll be staying here again!

Great summer mountain destination

Huge house, to our surprise it had twice the number of bunk beds advertised, so the house actually sleeps 12. Garage was nice and large for a bunch of mountain bikes and gear. Hot tub and porch were great. Located right next to some good trails.

Great location

We loved this cabin for our vacation in Breckenridge. Comfortable bed on the second level, great hot tub. Great kitchen appliances. It felt secluded but also close to town. We were able to walk out the door and find trails in the neighborhood. Sleds in the garage were a fun surprise as well.

Perfect private escape

This house is amazing. The listing says it can sleep 6, but we easily counted 16!! Tons of room to spread out. Hiking trails a 3 minute walk away.

Lovely log cabin close to town!

We had a great stay at the Elk Meadow Lodge! The house is beautiful and had all the things we needed for a successful stay. The communication with the property management company was great. The property is close to town but feels secluded and private. House had baby gates and toys that were helpful for our stay with our toddler daughter. Patio was fantastic with a fire pit, hot tub, grill and tons of furniture to enjoy the outdoors! We will be back!

This cabin was everything we were looking for. The location of the cabin made us feel like we were tucked back in the woods but still close enough to anything we needed in town. Everyone in our family had their own space and the common areas were big enough for important family time. I would highly recommend this cabin and would without a doubt stay here again next time we visit the area. The weather was fantastic for our weeklong stay in July. No air conditioning needed which we were apprehensive of.

Away from the crowds getaway

My family and I loved this off the beaten path cabin/house. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning, after a day of hiking or biking, and at night around the fire table. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beautiful country setting, but easy access to restaurants, shops and trails. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Overall our experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out, gorgeous views and an awesome sledding hill. Our kids enjoyed having all the extra snow gear there (sleds, snow shoes etc) as well as the play area upstairs. We also really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it snowed. I was also surprised to find two rooms in the upstairs with two sets of bunks in each room. Based on pictures, it looked like one room with 2 sets of bunks. We didn’t need all those beds, but I think that’s important to point out for future renters we would most definitely book this cabin again.

Very clean and comfortable

Genuinely a great property. Very clean and spacious. Town is close by less than 10 min, walmart is 15. However, really no need to leave cabin kids played in snow right in back yard. The garage has sleds for them which was great! Property staff was continuously in contact. I highly recommend.

Wow! This place is better than I could have imagined. Perfect location, definitely need 4x4. Close to town, but feels like you are alone in the mountains. This home had everything we needed and more. Beautiful home and beautiful view!

Fantastic Breckenridge vacation home. Secluded yet close to town. Beautiful log cabin with amazing deck for morning coffee or nighttime stargazing. Six adults and a two year old. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone.

Beautiful home tucked away for the perfect retreat

Great home, lots of space and areas to relax. The deck is incredible. Highly recommend this property if you want to get away and have some privacy with the access to everything the area has to offer. You really do need a 4 wheel drive if it's snowing or raining as you have to go up a private dirt road to the property. It is also notably dry in the home. They have humidifiers scattered around the house (some working, some not). The showers aren't the best, but they get the job done with plenty of hot water. The internet is not the fastest, but it also gets the job done, including streaming. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to come and stay here again or with any homes hosted by Summit Mountain Rentals.

Great rental

Plenty of room for large gathering of friends and family. A little disappointing for the game room as it is a log home. Meaning wood is contracting and the floors upstairs are anything but level. Although there is a pool table, be ready for some really interesting shots where a slow roller makes its way to the corner pocket in a long curve. There was a high end arcade game but did not look like it was intended for use. Great spot if the snow is good in Breck.

Great house just 10 mins from Breckenridge!

The check in process was easy as you pick up the keys from a lockbox in Frisco. The directions to the property were clear and it was easy to find. The driveway is very steep hence why you need a 4WD or all wheel drive car especially in the winter months. It snowed a lot while we were there and we never had an issue getting in or out as they came twice to plow the driveway. Well stocked kitchen and fun house with lots of hangout areas. The hot tub was key for us after long days of skiing and we loved the boot dryers downstairs in the mud room! I wish all rentals had that!!
