This beautifully remodeled lower-level condo has everything to make your stay perfect! Enjoy a prime location on the pool side of the property with easy walking access to everything Breckenridge has to offer and quite close to the heated pool. Come back home after a relaxing day exploring the surroundings and trying the on-site amenities to relax in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, a TV with cable, and comfy furniture. This is a great spot to unwind with your loved ones while the chef of the group prepares culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include an in-unit washer/dryer and plenty of windows to capture the warm Colorado sun.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 8, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Breckenridge, in Peak 8, e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) e Copper Mountain Ski Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Anche Centro Riverwalk di Breckenridge e Summit Ski Museum meritano una visita. The location was great! Outdoor patio space was tight for us as we like having wine on patio. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Broken recliners. Coffee maker wasn’t the best but adequate. Would stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

We stay with Pine Ridge repeatedly during the fall. It is close walk to the restaurants and shopping. 14A was our favorite so far for convenience and comfortability.

The above property management group cancelled us 24 hrs prior to our check-in time. The reason given was that the owner decided they wanted to stay there. We were flying in from out of state for our first ski vacation in over 10 years so this was extremely stressful to pivot and find another location. I would never recommend booking with this property due to them cancelling our reservation last minute. After we were cancelled, the mgmt service continued to contact us about arrival instructions and even charged our credit card. They said the refund could take several days to a week. Once we arrived, we realized it would be a 200 yd walk uphill to the ski rental/lift from this location or you would have to catch a shuttle. You could probably ski in to the location but I would not consider it convenient to ski out.

Bait & switch - Vacasa cancelled a confirmed reservation without notice, pushed us toward much mo...

Bait & switch on the price. Vacasa cancelled our CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR reservation for no reason, which we didn't find out until we went to check in at the front desk, despite all their texting about the booking. They said that condo was now booked by someone else and we had to book a different condo at a much higher price, at least $100/night more. (Though we never saw anyone in that first condo, which was nearby.) I tried to get the price adjusted and they stonewalled with every excuse in the book: they didn't know why it was cancelled, you need to book a different (higher priced condo), your ID didn't validate, it's illegal to adjust the price, we don't do bookings at the front desk, the manager is out today, you have to call the place you booked with not us (BUT WE BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH VACASA!!), "I don't have authority to do that," and on and on. They price the units all over the map, and the price has nothing apparent to do with the quality of the condo. The higher priced condo wasn't as nice as the lower priced one. Absolutely horrible way to treat customers. Condo itself was fine.
