Home was in a great, quiet location with quick access to Breckenridge. The home itself was exactly as the pictures showed and was the perfect place for us to spend our vacation. Furniture and beds were comfortable (although the living room couch and chairs do sit quite low) and the open kitchen was great for spending evenings in. The front deck and the back patio were excellent spaces to spend outdoor time and we used the hot tub every day. Communication from the owner was wonderful and quick, and there is an online portal that provides a lot of general information about the home in case you need a quick lookup. Trails are right off the home location and there is a nature preserve nearby where we saw some moose one morning. A couple of other items are the Gold Line Bus (free) has a stop at the Nordic center which is right by the home. Was perfect for a quick run down into Breck early morning to grab coffee and then take the bus back to the home. The back patio w/ hot tub, while great, is not completely private and there is a trail that goes right that is used. Overall, it was a great place to spend a vacation and we will likely use this home for future trips.

Some Improvements Needed but Great Location and Gorgeous Home!

Pros:- Beautiful property; looks just like the pics- Location: 2 min walk to bus stop that takes you to/from Peak 7 & 8!- Modern Appliances and Tech: Smart TVs throughout; nest thermostats; solid wifi- Didn't use but rooms have humidifiers!Cons:- Subpar communication with Host or Property Manager: sassy unprofessional responses to outreach during stay- Trash disposal: Host guidance is to keep trash in the garage for duration of stay as there is no trash pickup. This resulted in a horrible smell in garage for the majority of stay. Suggestion to future guest: -Bring your own shampoo/body wash. Host provides small 1.5oz bottle, which is cute and appreciated; just not enough for long stay. Suggestions to Host- Invest in weekly trash pickup- Install some towel hooks in bathrooms for body towels.

Fantastic home in a fantastic location.

Our family and friends loved our stay in Five Peaks. The home was very clean and well furnished. Its close proximity to the Gold Line bus stop made getting to both Peak 8 and Main Street a breeze. Both kids and adults loved unwinding in the hot tub after long days on the mountain.

Wonderful Family Stay!

Perfect stay for our annual family ski trip! Beautiful property with lots of room for our family of 7- could even have fit 3 more people very comfortably. Super close to Nordic Center bus stop to get to Peak 8. Our new favorite place to stay in Breck.

Great Property

The property was very clean and well furnished. It worked well for eight adults, but would be helpful to have a shelf for toiletries and towel/robe hooks in each of the small bathrooms. Our only issue was a bee hive under the deck boards. We called the property management company several times, and each day they promised to send an exterminator, but that didn’t happen. After a few days, someone came and sprayed Raid, which helped, but did not eliminate the bees entirely. Unfortunate, as the weather was beautiful and we could not sit on the deck.

Favorite Breck House

This is our second summer staying in Five Peaks with our cousins- it is the perfect location for a family- short walk to the gondola, short drive into town, gorgeous views and such a nice comfortable space to spread out in when at the house!

Perfect Breckenridge vacation home

Absolutely everything was top notch. House was just as described and photographed online. Like new modern yet rustic mountain vibe. Great location for relaxing on the mountain yet being minutes from Main St Breckenridge. Stunning mountaintop views and out your door hiking trails (summer). Would highly recommend and would book again.

Every detail!

Peak 8 was perfect for our family of 7. The property well stocked with just about every dish/pan/utensil/gadget/detail you could ask for. The property is clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. We would recommend this property to anyone, especially families with teenagers who "need their space" as all rooms have their own bathrooms. The master suite was amazing as well.

Great location!

We love the Shock Hill area, nice trails with a nature pond, actually saw beavers and a moose! (stayed away from moose, they can be mean). Beautiful home and property, we loved it.

Beware of Pinnacle Lodging

This was our 2nd time to stay in the Five Peaks Home. I am sorry to say that this brand new home (Spring 2021 when we stayed) has really aged in a few months. The problem is that it is managed by Pinnacle Lodging/Visit Breck. I had important questions, concerning our daughter with special needs, prior to our trip for which Pinnacle ignored. For example, they promised to call me back, but never did. Also, we received at least two emails from them (unsolicited) telling us that we could possibly check in early, but despite the home being cleaned and ready by 1:30 pm (which was communicated to us when we called them on our drive into Breckenridge) we were not notified that we could check in until 2 minutes to 4pm. (Pinnacle's regular check-in time). This miscommunication forced us to not be able to enter the home until around 6pm. The explanation was that although it was cleaned, items needed to be added to inventory, such as toilet paper. Once inside, everything was stocked, but things were not cleaned up to standard. What appeared to be dog hair was all over the master comforter and there were also long black hairs on one side of the sheets. The beautiful leather sofa had not been fluffed, the back pillows had lost their shape, and parts of the sofa had obvious scratches. Most of the nice throw rugs were dirty and worn. It is a shame because the owners have provided very nice furnishings. In addition, some silverware, dishes, and pots and pans were put away not cleaned. Also, it was a surprise to me that the home was not stocked with a sugar and cream set, did not have any supplies available such as foil, sweeteners, spices, baggies, etc., that we have become accustomed to count on. (The pantry did seem to include the coffee filters, salt and pepper shakers, and cinnamon that we left behind after our first visit). The bath towels were plentiful, but the secondary bathroom only had one wash towel and one hand towel, where as the master had two each. (This was for a 6 day stay). If this were my home, I believe that I would change management companies. I will say, however, that I called Visit Breck while at the home to report a broken coffee pot, and a malfunction to the automated blinds, and the received kind help from a young lady at the front desk and a quick response to bring a new coffee pot, and reset the blind's receiver. I hope this information can be useful.

Spectacular early Summer Getaway

This property totally lived up to our expectations. The place is immaculate and decorated beautifully. Everything is first class from the kitchenware to the linens! The views are spectacular and sitting and eating on the deck was magic. We were convenient to everything!
