Advanced skiers can access the slopes via the Burro Trail (conditions permitting), and the trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking during the summer months.

Maximum Occupancy: 16 - This cannot be exceeded at any time.
Maximum Parking: 5 cars, 2 indoor garage spots and 3 outdoor spots. Please note there is a secondary separate garage at the very back of the property that is not accessible to guests.

Location:
• 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge
• Hiking and advanced skiing access to peak 10 is located 150 yards down the street, at the junction of White Cloud Drive and Gold King Way
• Free shuttle stop located at the corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud Drive. The shuttle picks up every 15 minutes and drops off at the Mountain Valley Lodge for easy access to downtown or The Village and the Quicksilver Lift. This shuttle typically begins running around Thanksgiving and ends in early to mid April.

» The minimum age to rent is 25
» There is a $100 pet fee per reservation with dogs (not per dog) and a strict maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are permitted other than dogs..
» Maximum occupancy (16) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Ski-in/out access is only for advanced skiers and requires Peak 10 to be open so ski-in/ski-out accessibility cannot be guaranteed. Please check with Breckenridge Ski Resort for open terrain.
» Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy are not permitted.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
