L'interno del nostro condominio è stato completamente ristrutturato con nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovissimo TV a schermo piatto da 50 'nella LR, nuovo schermo piatto in entrambe le camere da letto, nuovi mobili e un bellissimo pavimento in legno duro hickory nella sala da pranzo, cucina e corridoio ... e abbiamo oltre 1200 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale !!

Diverse persone hanno chiesto se le immagini mostrate sono davvero il condominio in affitto - e la risposta è SÌ !! Questo è un condominio di proprietà privata - il nostro unico condominio - non è solo una proprietà in affitto!

L'ampio soggiorno ha un nuovo camino a gas, un divano / divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso nuovo di zecca, un divano a due posti, un'enorme sedia / pouf in pelle e una TV da 50 'e un lettore DVD. (TV via cavo su tutte e 3 le TV) Come puoi vedere dalle foto, questa stanza è incredibile. Abbiamo installato un nuovo muro di pietra attorno al camino, dal pavimento al soffitto per la stagione 2019/20. Aggiungerà un nuovo, fantastico aspetto.

La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo con 6 posti a sedere, PIÙ un'area bar con 2 posti bar. La cucina è completamente attrezzata: microonde, nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito, insieme alla tua lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime.

Il master BR ha un nuovo letto queen-size e testiera insieme a una nuova TV a schermo piatto ..

Il secondo BR ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale. C'è anche una nuova TV a schermo piatto in questo BR.

Il bagno principale ha un'enorme cabina doccia. Questo bagno è stato rinnovato nel 2017.

Il bagno della camera da letto principale è stato ristrutturato nel 2017 e ha una vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio.

C'è una grande vasca idromassaggio ca. 30 metri dalla nostra porta di casa. C'è anche una bellissima piscina interna / esterna e spa che serve il condominio del villaggio superiore - è una breve passeggiata lungo il sentiero proprio dietro il nostro condominio. Questo complesso di piscine / vasche idromassaggio è fantastico e riservato ai proprietari di condomini nelle immediate vicinanze: è richiesta la tessera magnetica per l'ingresso.

Il parcheggio coperto protegge l'auto dalla neve e c'è un ascensore che ti porterà dal garage alla nostra unità al 1 ° piano: non devi salire o scendere una sola scala nel nostro complesso!

Abbiamo un ripostiglio sci / tavola privato, chiudibile a chiave situato proprio fuori dalla porta d'ingresso del nostro condominio. Un ottimo posto dove riporre tutta l'attrezzatura mentre torni a "casa".

Abbiamo accesso a Internet ad alta velocità Comcast per tutti da usare.

Siamo situati direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla 4 O'Clock Run - sciate a pranzo o alla fine della giornata ... e siamo a pochi passi da Snowflake Lift. Vuoi iniziare la giornata con gli impianti di risalita per sei persone Quicksilver sul Peak 9 ... è una breve passeggiata di cinque minuti. Oppure, vai a Main Street e sii lì in meno di cinque minuti !! Siamo al livello della strada, quindi non è necessario salire / scendere le rampe di scale alla fine di una lunga giornata.

Se preferisci prendere la navetta GRATUITA per qualsiasi punto della città o sulla montagna, la navetta della città si ferma a circa 50 metri dalla nostra porta di casa. La navetta è un favorito locale e ti porta rapidamente ovunque in montagna. C'è un'app che mostra esattamente quando arriverà la prossima navetta, che passa ogni 15 minuti. Prenderanno anche i campi base o in gondola.

Il nostro complesso condominiale ha recentemente completato una completa ristrutturazione esterna. Tutto è stato aggiornato; tutte le nuove finestre, vernice fresca ovunque, nuovo cortile riscaldato fuori dalla nostra porta di casa, tutto è nuovo. Abbiamo anche aggiunto due nuove finestre al nostro soggiorno: luce aggiunta e una sensazione ancora più grande. Per quelli di voi che sono stati con noi prima, il posto è più bello che mai !!

The condo is some 45 years old but in good condition, excellently stocked with crockery, cutlery and all the appliances you could want. The location is perfect, just 3-4 minutes from town and the lifts. Wifi is ok and we were never short of hot water for showers etc. Our only reservation is the noise from above and adjoining apartments. The floor above transmits every sound, even conversations which is ok in the daytime but at 11.00pm or 06.30am is a little annoying.Otherwise great though. Maybe we were unlucky with the other renters that week.

We absolutely loved the condo, its location within proximity to both the Snowflake Lift and the short walk to town. The condo itself met every need for our family with a cozy feel-home away from home! We will definitely look for this condo again on our next visit to Breck!

Location, location, location. You are a 3 minute walk from the snowflake lift (albeit uphill), a 3 minute walk from the heart of Breckenridge, and can essentially ski into the condo. Every amenity was as described with many pleasant surprises including the larger size of the condo than anticipated. I will absolutely be coming back!

From the pre-stay communications until checkout everything was great! The location right on the bus route is amazing. The indoor parking made it great not having to "dig out our vehicle. Walking 1/2 mile to starbucks or Downstairs at Eric's (our fav) was so easy.They had fans (helped dry wet gloves and boots), and a humidifier which helped with the dry air. The kitchen had everything you would need. And LOVED the ski locker!Thanks for an awesome stay! The 7" of fresh snow on Tuesday really made skiing conditions great the rest of the stay!

First, the property owner is wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Overall our stay was fantastic. The condo is well equipped with a roomier living room area than expected which allowed for more comfortable relaxation after skiing. The property is in a great location. Easy walk up to the Snowflake Chairlift or cross the street to catch the free ride bus to the Gondola or the base of Peak 9 (yellow south bus)

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The apartment was perfect. It is pretty close to ski in ski out. The snowflake chairlift is an uphill walk not far at all. Only thing was the chair is faster than the base chair lift so be ready! The ski in was right across the street. So easy and convenient. We rented from Christy sports which was across the street as well. Make sure to reserve in advance during peak weeks as it is one of their smaller locations. We literally walked all of our ski equipment back to the apartment and stored them in the locker right next to the entrance door of the apartment. everything was walking distance away, but honestly, we are from Miami. It was so cold that we just ended up taking our rental car everywhere. Only recommendation I have for the owners is to invest in new mattresses for the bedrooms. The guest bedroom was not terribly bad, but the master bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. Having a car underneath in a garage was definitely a plus. We saw lots of people chipping ice off the windows and running their cars for a long time before they can even use it. Phase 9 was definitely our favorite in terms for beginner skiers. Base eight was also great for beginner skiers and the views were amazing. Base. 7 is definitely for more experienced skiers! Definitely recommend this apartment and can hopefully visit Breckenridge soon again. Definitely though change mattress and then this is beyond perfect!

We absolutely LOVE the location of this property, the coziness and garage parking is perfect. We stayed here back in 2021 and they have updated the home since. It’s perfect for our family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to be back.

The location of this rental couldn’t have been much better! It was a GREAT spot for our snow trip. Super convenient to the town, the shuttle to the slopes, and even an OK walk up to Snowflake lift. The covered garage was great for the car as well! The common areas were significantly bigger than the pictures made them look and were extremely comfortable for down time! The unit was clean and well equipped and would be well suited for a couples trip or a small group of friends. The upstairs neighbors could definitely be heard through the ceilings but it shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you plan to spend most days out of the unit. Our trip was definitely made better for staying at this spot and we would stay there again!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, modern and the location was perfect. The owners are excellent, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I rented a car, but that pretty much just stayed in the garage as I could walk to anything I needed. Next time I take the family out west again to ski I will look to stay here again!

What a wonderful stay we had at Sundowner II! The condo was nicely appointed and the kitchen was fulling equipped with everything from a dual Keuring/regular coffee pot to an air fryer, deep sink, and plenty of counter space for prep work. We enjoyed sitting on the cushy sofas and turning on the gas fireplace each day after skiing. The location was great to ski out to via the 4 O’Clock run then a short walk to the condo. We had access to garage parking located steps away and one floor down from our first floor unit. Bill was a super host who responded quickly and provided all the detailed info we needed for easy checkin and checkout. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us, Bill!

We had an amazing stay at this rental property. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need and more! We were more than pleased with how nice this unit was…comfy like home! Easy access to Snowflake lift (10 min walk) and super easy to ski in from the Four O’clock run. We would absolutely stay at this unit again!

This condo is located about two blocks downhill from the snowflake lift at Breck. For us lowlanders, walking up was certainly do-able, but was definitely not the highlight of my day. Great news, however... there is a free bus stop across the street that runs every 5-10 minutes which will whisk you to the lift without a hitch. I can't say enough great things about the hosts. Their communication was spot on and they were incredibly responsive with any questions I had. The furnishings were in good condition and the overall condo was spacious. A great value. My family of 4 had plenty of space.
