3 BR, 3 BA Condo – Slope View – On Main St – Sleeps 8!

What a fantastic location: right on Main Street and 1/2 block from the ski shuttle stop! Stroll downtown for après-ski snacks and dinner, then take a soak in the complex hot tub or walk down the street to Main Street Station where you have complimentary access to an outdoor heated pool, additional hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. This is the perfect spot for a Breck getaway with your family and friends!

Main Street Junction Redtail Condo is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps up to eight people — and with two bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples/families to share! The living area features plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, as well as great views of the ski slopes. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up mountain meals or a quick snack before hitting the slopes — there’s a gas grill on the patio, too! The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the kitchen counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and a one-car garage. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

- Bedroom 3: full-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle bed, private door to hall bathroom. (sleeps 5)
- Hall bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

Special Unit Notes– Please Read:
- No Pets / Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage — 1 space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Great location. Easy walk to downtown. Clean and well stocked kitchen, although the pots and pans need to be replaced. Plenty of bath towels. The front door looks like it was damaged and the lockset was moved to the top of the door and repaired with a 2x4. Hot tubs were nice, but the nearby trash can was overflowing with empties.

We spent 3 days skiing the slopes. Therw was a short wall to the closest lift. All the restaurants were close by so we didn't use our rental car to go anywhere.

Great location, the home had everything we needed in it. Only downfall was it seemed a bit outdated, could use new carpets as they were old and stained. Also, we got there and there was no front door handle on the door. We weren’t told until the second day of our stay at the property that a previous guest kicked the door down. The temporary fix was adequate but quite janky.

We figured out on the last day of our trip that its an easy walk to Peak 9, but luckily there was also a bus that took us there other days.Having 3 bathrooms was great for 5 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Iwould rentrwnt here again!

We had not picked this property, the original had damaged and were given options. We picked this one of 3. Loved everything except the hot water tunning low after 3 people bathing. Its a 7 ppl condo. Aside from that it was great.

The location worked well for walking to town for restaurants and shopping and for riding to the start/finish of the Firecracker 50 bike race very close by. It was a little loud being right next to the main road.

We enjoyed our stay! Our group was 6 adults, a 2 1/2 yr old and 7 month old. We loved the location with the train park, trails and downtown all walkable distances. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus for our group. There is only 1 parking spot (garage which was nice), but we were almost always able to get one of the 3 spots available right next to the building using the provided parking pass. Even when we had to park at the ice rink it was a very short walk. The communication was great. The listing says there is street noise which was quite loud but the location makes up for it unless you’re looking for peace and quiet. I’m sure it would be less noticeable in the winter but it was quite warm while we were there so we needed the windows open. Very happy with this VRBO!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but we lucked out with this. It was the closest unit in the complex to the Trolley stop, which we took a lot. Train park across the street and some great hiking trails close by too. Unit was plenty big enough for our family. We would stay here again!

Our stay at the condo was great. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers with us. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath worked out great. We had enough space for all of us. The condo is within walking distance to Main street shopping and the troll. It is also right by the bus/trolly stop. We didn't take advantage of that until the last few days. We had all the kitchenware needed and having a washing machine was nice. Finding the pool, gym, and theater room is a bit confusing as it is located across the street at a separate complex. Not complaining, it just took us a bit and texting back and forth to figure it out.
