Mountain Gem Estate: Nordic Ski-in/out Mansion

The Mountain Gem Estate is the peak of luxury in the mountains of Breckenridge. Bring your friends and family to the ultimate destination, a six-bedroom mansion with stunning views, luxurious amenities and décor, and a convenient location in the Shock Hill neighborhood. The BreckConnect Gondola has a private station in the neighborhood and is located a 7-minute walk away from the home. High-speed Wi-Fi and parking are included.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a gorgeous and comfortable ten-seater leather couch, an oversized gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV above it. The TV and sound are all centrally controlled with a KEF system, for reliable and seamless connectivity. You'll see the doors to the main level deck, with high windows throughout. The view from here is incredible: you have a beautiful backyard, and at the edge, a hiking/skiing trail. You'll also see a staircase that leads down to the hot tub deck. The main deck has plenty of seating: four couches, one of which is situated in front of an outdoor gas fireplace, as well as two lounge chairs, two deck chairs, and a dining set for eight. There is also a large gas grill.

KITCHEN
The kitchen appliances are new and state-of-the-art. All cooking, serving, and dining needs are stocked. The oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry have plenty of room, whether you're in charge of cooking, or inviting a private chef to take care of a meal. Neatly stacked to the left of the fridge are the microwave, a steam oven, and food warmer, all Wolff. There is a six-burner gas stove with a griddle, above two ovens. The large kitchen island has two full sinks and plenty of storage. There is a built-in coffee bar for immediate single serve with a variety of options, as well as a regular drip coffee maker, along with all of the small appliances you need: crockpot, blender, food processor, and mixer. There are a total of eight bar seats in the kitchen, grouped into four. The countertops are unique, and even light up from within.

DINING
The dining room has seating for twelve, and the table itself is a work of art. The room is surrounded by tall windows with views of the mountains and the woods in your backyard.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS - 6 BEDROOMS, 9 BATHROOMS
The primary bedrooms are located on the main level and the top level of the home. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor.

• Primary Bedroom "Bison": King bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, access to private balcony and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bath includes a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity
• Bedroom 2 "Bear": King bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, access to main deck and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bath includes a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity
• Bedroom 3 "Moose": King bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks
• Bedroom 4 "Fox": King bed, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and step-in shower.
• Bedroom 5 "Aspen": King Bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and door to the outdoor patio. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, tub, and single vanity.
• Bedroom 6 "Elk": King Bed, flatscreen TV, closet, and door to the patio. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and dual vanity.

DOWNSTAIRS BAR
A dedicated in-home bar is available on the ground floor. This space is off the second living room and has 5 seats at the bar and plenty of seating on the wrap around couch.

DOWNSTAIRS LIIVING AREA
Directly in front of the downstairs bar is the second living area in the home. This living area includes a large wrap around couch enough to seat everyone in your party, a large flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and a Packman game. There is also an entrance to the ground level patio in this room.

LAUNDRY
There are 3 sets of washer/dryers in house

OUTDOOR AREA
A home like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private space where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains. Enjoy the back patio with hot tub or the wrap-around deck with plenty of seating outdoor grill, and oversized gas fireplace.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 6 months.

Please be aware that there are security cameras placed by the garage, patio and deck areas, and front door. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests' expectations of privacy in the property.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home is not pet-friendly.

The house is beautiful, stylish and was very clean. Comfortable beds, a really nice kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out (indoor and outdoor). Easy access to town and the slopes with the gondola close by. We only had adults on our trip and everyone had space to get away by themselves when they needed to. The house might not be as convenient for families as each of the 6 bedrooms has one King bed. I plan to stay here again in the future.

This house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 12 (two grandparents, 4 sons and their spouses, and 2 grandkids). Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and the community living spaces are amazing. The mountains views are stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio was perfect for stargazing. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Hi, the property was excellent, however, a couple of things that should be fixed. It is a very expensive property, and they don't have cable TV, they have Roku. Is the guest expected to cover the cost of basic entertainment? Also, the thermostats in the rooms do not work. For the rental price of the property everything should be flawless.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mountain Gem! The house is absolutely stunning and very spacious. We loved spending time here. There are many different common areas of the house, making it perfect for large groups. Another great feature for groups is that each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there are additional smaller bathrooms throughout the house as well. The house would be great for two or more families traveling together, given that there are two master suites and dedicated spaces where kids could hang out together. All in all, we had an incredible time here and wish we could have stayed longer!
