Questo condominio è davvero spettacolare! Situato dove Breckenridge incontra le montagne, questo meraviglioso sito si trova direttamente sulla Peak 9 Base Area ed è delimitato da Maggie Pond. Il Village at Breckenridge si trova anche a meno di un isolato dai negozi, i ristoranti e i bar di prima qualità che Downtown Breckenridge ha da offrire. Gli ospiti che stanno cercando di rimanere nel cuore di tutto l'anno attività dovrebbe certamente stare in questo condominio!



Questa spaziosa suite condominiale è perfetta per il divertimento tutto l'anno. In inverno, gli ospiti possono sciare, accedere facilmente alla scuola di sci, fare snowboard, andare in slitta trainata da cani, fare escursioni in motoslitta, praticare lo sci di fondo e molto altro! In estate, gli ospiti possono nuotare, andare in bicicletta, pescare, giocare a golf, andare a cavallo, fare rafting sulle rapide e molto altro!



All'interno, gli ospiti hanno un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi nella spaziosa zona giorno di fronte alla TV a schermo piatto dell'unità e al camino a gas. Guarda fuori per scorgere le piste sul Peak 9 e le persone guardano dal mazzo privato dell'unità. La cucina completamente in granito offre un perfetto angolo bar ed è dotata di tutti i principali elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina. L'ampio bagno è stupendo e dispone di pareti doccia in pietra e ripiani in granito!



In termini di posizione, è quasi impossibile battere il villaggio a Breckenridge! Il resort è noto per la sua posizione privilegiata e per essere una vera proprietà sci-in / ski-out. You are paying for a fantastic location but not much more. Very close to the Quicksilver lift, close to Main Street. Unit is clean but shows wear. Dishwasher leaked, bathroom fan buzzed loudly, elevator (yes only one for entire bldg) painfully slow and small, crappy pans. The health club/sauna/steam/hot tub are in a different bldg which is awesome (sigh) and is a walk thru a parking garage. Check in process was bumpy bc certain comms didnt come thru, had to download an app for the key and use reservation number different than other numbers in emails. Again, been coming to Breck for almost a decade and loved this location the most- hands down.

Stayed here because of the proximity to the Magic Carpet and Poma lift. With Grandkids learning to ski, being near the beginner area was crucial. Unit was clean, beds as described, utensils in kitchen adequate. Check-in w rental agency was below par. It was a nice family weekend.

Our family had a great time at this property, and the location simply can't be beat. Everything we needed was within walking distance of the property, and grocery delivery made this an easy stay. Our only challenge was the late check-in time, so plan ahead on the day of your arrival. We'll definitely hope to return!

We called mgmt to complain about lack of decent frying pan, toilet paper and dishwashing soap. Mngmt responded immediately with toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap and towels. The next day there was a new set of pots and pans! The unit was spotless.

close to everything condo was comfortable and had everything we needed bonus there are fans if needed in summer and humidifiers for each room only thing to note is washer/dryer is not directly in unit however it is right outside the door. with only 6 units on the floor was very easy to use when needed

The condo was great for our family! Lots of windows and light, multiple decks. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Unit is centrally located and across the street from Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location in the Village… easy access to Quicksilver lift, ski rental, restaurants and shops. Short walk to downtown. The condo had plenty of space for us to stretch out after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely look to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group of six. It was super easy to get on the mountain and has several restaurants just steps from the building. It’s also a very short walk into town where you can find even more food and shopping options.

The unit is in very good shape and fit three adults and three kids quite comfortably. The location is really tough to beat, especially if you have beginner skiers who are heading to ski school. The management company was accessible and cheerful in answering the handful of questions we had. Make sure to book parking when you book the unit since the garage can fill up.

This condo is in a fantastic location for enjoying all of downtown Breckinridge. The layout worked well for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would have preferred if there was a ceiling fan or box fan in the bedrooms as it was pretty warm during our stay. The one down side was parking. I missed the email telling us to book parking early so we weren’t able to get a spot in the garage and had to park about a 15 min walk away at the ice rink lot. That was inconvenient.

I recommend this property. Myself and my four kids traveled for the first time to Breckenridge. The location was great, the property was great, the whole experience was very good. The rental manager seemed professional yet approachable and friendly. Very happy with the experience.

The management company was so easy to deal with. You can not ask for a better location. The condo is just a few steps from everything you need. Have your groceries delivered from city market, it cost 9.00 to have the groceries delivered and it’s so worth it! As soon as you get your condo reservations confirm call the management company and reserve your parking spot. The underground parking garage has limited parking spots and if you don’t reserve then in advance you won’t have one.

We loved the location , easy rental, easy lift tickets. Many of the lifts closed Xmas week and waited at Peak 9 for one hour to get up to slopes. The apartment is dated but we loved that our family could all be together. There are parts of the apartment that are beautiful like master shower. The doors and closets are small. Dresser in master in large- thank you. We enjoyed our stay and generally spoiled with VRBO and have stayed at most beautiful VRBO's . We were last minute book as our oversea's trip was cancelled. We would probably not stay at this property again as we really needed 4 bedrooms . But you can sleep 7 people comfortablish. Only 2 bathrooms and my older kids four in one room was tough. Thank you owners for sharing you home.

I was informed that this place had a pool. Then we had to have a cancellation date before June 1st. Received an email June 21st stating that the pool would be closed from may on so they knew it was closed but waited to tell us. The bunk beds ladder is broken with nails sticking out which is bad for children. Overall the place is nice and location is wonderful. But super pissed when you book a place specifically for the reason of taking our kids to the pool and it’s closed. So annoying and misleading. I would not stay at this place with these owners.

5 ladies stayed at this great location. Everything was great except for some minor things we have noticed. Since we like to cook, it would have been great if their knives were sharpened and had extra cutting boards and smaller pots. The place needs new dining chairs, they were not as comfortable and sturdy. We also wished that the property provided easy recycling areas like they did with trash.
