"This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC."

"Me and a friend stayed there for a show 9/11, check in is at 3. We tried to check in at 3 and it wasn't ready due to a high volume of guests the night before. Finally we checked in at 3:45. Neither of the bathrooms were clean, mirrors were dirty, the glass shower door was filthy and there was men's ..."
