Vacanze Brecksville Reservation

I was mostly disappointed that we were not told that the property was under construction. Had I known this I would have chosen a different hotel. The elevators were closed to allow for construction, and one was broken. So only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. It took forever. The temp in the main areas was set at 77degrees! It was very warm other than in our room where we could set it cooler. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning. I can see why they are trying to upgrade. The staff was not super friendly. The valet or door staff did not help with our bags at all and most disappointingly we noticed that even when there were more elderly guests, they were not offering any help to them either. The location for our venue was great but everything else was a bit disappointing compared to our other experiences with more expensive hotels.

Hotel was beautiful room was very clean staff was very nice they have great food selection at the restaurant located inside the hotel

Hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente. Camere molto rumorose causa finestre non insonorizzate e posizione tra strade molto trafficate. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Personale inadeguato e sgarbato.

Abso amazing!! We will stay here every time we come to Cleveland and have been looking for ROOST locations at our other travel destinations.
