“Trail of ants in the living room and kitchen. Dryer wasn't working properly. Grass hadn't been mowed in months and was at least a foot tall. Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay. “Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! "The location is one of its main strengths: within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market and many of Seattle’s main attractions, as well as being close to the light rail, which provides a direct connection to the airport. Our corner room was a good size and offered a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was also very comfortable, with both a bathtub and a separate shower, a separate toilet, and an excellent selection of toiletries. For those travel ing by car, there is a parking lot directly across from the hotel for just over $30 per day, which is a practical and convenient option. The lobby is small but very well maintained and welcoming. It would be a nice touch to have complimentary water and coffee available for guests. Overall, a comfortable and well-maintained hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location for exploring Seattle. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit."
