Motel a Brenham

“Ci siamo fermati una sola notte eravamo di passaggio, per il prezzo pagato di 60 dollari il motel è ottimo, camera pulita e spaziosa con kit di benvenuto, colazione molto buona e varia. Consigliatissimo.”

“The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself.”

“Decent place for a quick stay staff was very friendly and helpful facility felt safe”

“The manager was a nasty man. When I checked in. He complain immediately that my rate was too low, and he was not making any money and he would only give me room service. Two days a week. I explained to him. I just had hip surgery and was staying for 20 days to give me a nice quiet room. This Hotel is located right on the highway, so it is incredibly noisy. He gave me a room right next to the highway and upstairs and I asked him quite kindly. When I checked in four days I had only barely warm...

“This was my second stay for a few days at Round Top. Last time it was much cleaner. The elevator, stairs and hallways need a deep clean. The room was ok but there was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine! I’ll go elsewhere for future trips”

“The staff was sweet and absolutely helpful, genuinely cares about there customers!!”

“Staff was very nice, the room was clean and the price was somewhat reasonable.”

“The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received...

“Clean Room. Great Staff. Cold AC.”

“Good centralized motel from town. Room does what it’s supposed to do.”

“It was ok. There was a roach leg in the restroom”

“My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick.”

“This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional.”
