“Room made up only every other day so never made up during our 2 night stay. Tissue box in bathroom was empty; only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom; no q-tips or cotton; no shower cap, no cup; no coffee maker in the room. Pretty bare bones. Breakfast offerings were minimal but okay. Staff was nice though we had to search for tissues and other items ourselves. Not recommended.”

“It's more like a mix income community with short term business & vacation travelers, low income, immigrant, tenants. The floor I was on smelled of curry or some other type International street food market from guest/residence cooking on the kitchen stove. I called the front desk for a pretty routine service (I can't remember exactly what it was, it's been over 2 weeks ago) & he told me they were too busy to do it, he'd try to it later. “Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

“El staff fue muy diligente y amable. No se si era el gerente pero un caballero de mas o menos 60 a 65 años me trató con el mejor profesionalismo qué se puede recibir de un asociado. El local, el cuarto el lobby y areas del hotel estan muy bien presentadas. Para mi, 6 de 5 estrellas Mu esposa dijo que volvería y eso es mucho decir.”

“Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds . The staff including front desk and General Manager were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient to DC and Dulles AP. Neighborhood was quiet and safe!! Location was close to food, restaurants and shopping. Wonder fast food offered almost anything to eat that you would ever want for lunch and dinner!! We would definitely recommend and stay again. We were there 5 nights”

“Thank you Melinda outstanding customer service however we stayed 3 nights and we had to look at how to dispose trash by ourself. We asked and was told they were not taking cleaning services as they were short staffed. No one provided cleaning services throughout the stay.”
