His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. “Our favourite hotel in Saskatoon! I fly in from the UK to meet my Dad (4 stays per year) and he also stays here for medical appointments. The restaurant is a real plus, - with a great view of the river, fantastic food, and consistently lovely servers (Tracey is a favourite!). John the shuttle driver is absolutely superb - incredibly helpful and great company as well. We genuinely adore this lovely hotel! Thank you once again. ☺️”
