“Upon arrival the code that Vacasa gave us did not unlock the door. After numerous attempts, we called Vacasa and they gave us a code to unlock the front door key lock box which also did not work. They gave us another code to unlock the back door key lock box which worked and we were able to retrieve a key to open the front door.
