The Space:
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this three-bedroom home with a separate one-bedroom garage apartment makes a great vacation hub for families, especially those traveling with other friends and family members.

The main house has two floors and three bedrooms. On the second floor is an upstairs bedroom with a set of twin beds, while the first floor features a formal living room, kitchen with countertop seating for eight, a spacious family room with cathedral ceilings, full bathroom with a shower and two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The separate garage apartment has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen and living area.

Space and privacy abounds at this property! You will love the sizable, well-manicured outdoor living space. The private backyard has a patio area outfitted with a table for five and a set of Adirondack chairs; a fire pit with more seating, a large outdoor shower and ample lawn space for any outdoor games guests would like to bring with them.

The home is near many local attractions. Enjoy a round of golf at Cranberry Valley (6 miles away); take the kids to the Cape Cod Natural History Museum and learn about sea life, bird species, rock formations and how Cape Cod or walk the nature trails (4.5 miles away); plan a romantic dinner for two at 28 Atlantic overlooking Pleasant Bay (4 miles away); visit Nickerson State Park, which has walking trails, freshwater ponds for swimming and fishing and a bike path that connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (3.5 miles away); or spend the day lounging at Crosby Landing Beach and Paine’s Creek, both bayside beaches less than five miles away.

Very nice house. Short drive to Brewster restaurants, shops, museums and galleries. Apartment is a bonus and is connected to the upstairs hallway so it still feels like it is part of the house.

Great Stay in Brewster

Rented this Property for a Golf weekend with some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless and it has a great outdoor space. I would definitely rent this place again. Delmar was very easy to work with and the check out was very easy.

Great stay in Brewster

Everything was perfect! The home was clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the extra space above the garage and we all loved the back yard. Definitely would stay here again.

Happy overall

It was a nice property in a nice location. A few things could be improved to make the experience better though. 1 the floor was swept but still very dirty, they should be moped every week. When we would wipe some up off the floor it was black, and out feet were black as well. 2 some utensil for the famous lobster dinner should be provided, there were no lobster crackers or little forks which made our lobster dinner very difficult. Other than those improvements everything was satisfactory.
