Beautifully Renovated Home, AC, Steps to Pond in Charming Brewster Cape Cod

Your relaxing Cape vacation awaits at this Brewster home. Recently renovated from top to bottom, with newer furnishings, a private yard, and plenty of patio space for grilling, dining, and camp fire smores around the fire pit.

If you love clean and new then this one’s for you! Space for the entire family, this 3 bedroom home with 2 full baths and outdoor shower also boasts sleeping space in the finished basement.

3 bedrooms and a pullout sleeper + rollaway in the basement will comfortably sleep 9.

Steps to peaceful Greenland Pond, a hidden gem for swimming and (non-motor) boating convenient to Brewster and mid-Cape destinations. It's also a short walk to Long Pond where you'll enjoy gorgeous sunsets down a set of stairs leading to a neighborhood association-only dock with Adirondack chairs.

Enjoy almost all new furniture, 2 smart TVs, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Fire pit and outdoor furniture.

Open kitchen and dining area, with steps down to a new patio at the back of the house, complete with dining and lounging furniture and a wood-burning fire pit.

The kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances as of 2022, and the living room is spacious for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. Modern appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, and beverage fridge included.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable king bed and desk for working, a queen bedroom, and the final bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and double on the bottom and twin trundle down below.

In the finished basement you'll find a new pullout loveseat that converts to a full bed.

There are two smart TVs in the living room and basement, board games, puzzles, and books.

The yard is private and peaceful. Walk down to Greenland Pond (take 3 lefts as soon as you can) and enjoy the beach, boating (bring your own boat or inquire about our canoe), and fresh pond swimming.

We require guests booking this property to be 22 years of age or older.
