La Brewster Beach Cottage si trova nella bellissima zona di Foster Road a Brewster e meno di 5 minuti a piedi da un mezzo-miglio spiaggia associazione privata a Cape Cod Bay. The Cottage è un 1 camera da letto (2 posti letto), 1 bagno cottage. Gli inquilini devono fornire le proprie lenzuola e asciugamani. Ha una cucina abitabile, un salotto con 39 "HDTV e servizio Internet Wi-Fi, 1 bagno completo e 1 camera con un letto matrimoniale. Il cottage ha molte finestre e ventilatori in camera, che tenerlo fresco per le notti di sonno. Per le calde giornate estive e le notti, nel 2017 è stato aggiunto un nuovo sistema di climatizzazione AC / riscaldamento LG Split Ductless. L'acqua baia di Cape Cod è caldo e di grande per nuotare in in un comodo 65-80 gradi in estate. Gli appartamenti di sabbia sono incredibili con la bassa marea e si estendono quasi 2 miglia fuori nella baia di Cape Cod. Questo lo rende un posto perfetto per bambini e adulti per esplorare le pozze di marea alla ricerca di piccoli pesci, conchiglie e granchi. Le cottage de Brewster est très confortable et correspond en tout point avec les photos avec le descriptif donné. Il se trouve dans un lieu très calme et tout proche à pied d'une magnifique plage. Son emplacement est parfait pour découvrir ce merveilleux Cap Cod. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le logement proposé par Gerry avec qui la communication est très pro-active et agréable. Nous avons également très apprécié la documentation (nombreux excellents conseils) touristique mise à disposition.

Great private beach

The property is small but cute. Brewster is a good location to explore the cape in many directions. The beach is beautiful and good for walking. The water is fairly warm due to large expanses of flats at low tide.

Brewster getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. I spoke with Gerry a few times via telephone in advance of our stay and he graciously took time to answer my questions. When we arrived, I met Gerry (as he lives next door). I asked him for some restaurant recommendations and he kindly provided some options. The wifi worked well and the instructional binder in the cottage provided answers to any other questions I had. We did not interact with Gerry or Lois during the rest of our weeklong stay as we had no other questions and everything was fairly straightforward. The location is very close to the beach (Cape Cod Bay) and not far from nearby restaurants, bakeries, and the Cape Cod rail trail. I would recommend this spot for a solo traveler or a couple. The cottage is behind a larger three bedroom home that my sister's family occupied during our weeklong stay. The proximity of the two properties is ideal for two families or a group of friends vacationing together.

Sweet and Cozy

This little cottage has everything a person needs, but the best feature is the short and lovely walk on a wooded path to their private beach. While it feels removed, the cottage is located several blocks from Brewster's main attractions. This was our second time there and we hope to be back!

Quit beach retreat

The cottage was just as listed-perfect for two people, close to the private beach, and near to restaurants and shops. The cottage was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return!

Third time here - still charming

"Sandy Toes" is a nearly perfect place for two. The small cottage is located in Brewster near many places to visit and near many nice restaurants. It's a short drive to Orleans and the big National Seashore beaches. The owner provides a great book of information and recommendations. Above all is the short 3 minute walk to "your own" private beach on the bay side. You can enjoy a great sunset there or take a late night walk to get a full view of as many stars as you would want to see. You are certain to enjoy your stay here.

Perfect for the two of us

For one or two people, this is a great getaway location. The Brewster location is great as you can get to most anywhere on the Cape easily. Traveling 6A is far more pleasant than 28. We could walk (or take a short drive) to breakfast and other really good food. The amenities of the little cottage are great: nice little kitchen, air conditioning when needed, WiFi, good TV (we used our Netflix account). The living area was plenty big for us. The bedroom was a bit small without a lot of storage (and there's no door to it), but it was hardly an issue. We walked to the quiet private beach every day and/or evening (pretty sunsets). If you know the bay side and the Brewster Tidal Flats, you'll know what type of beach you're getting. We really found the beach very relaxing and enjoyed wading & swimming in the hours around high tide. Low tide means a lovely, long walk out. We do plan on returning soon, which pretty much defines how we feel about the place.

Time flies . . .

Convenient location to both the beach and other amenities. Nice area to walk, bike, hike, and shop. AC was a nice extra when needed but the shade of the trees kept the cottage cool most of the time. We look forward to a return trip to this cozy cottage.

Sweet, comfortable cottage

Surrounded by trees, this Brewster cottage has everything a person needs, is cozy and peaceful. The private beach is a short walk away and the bike trail and restaurants are a short drive.

"Sandy Toes" - a perfect place for two!

We had stayed there in June, loved it so much that we returned for a second time in September. Very cozy, very nice and close to many places we like to go to. Access to the local and private bayside beach is a real plus. We certainly plan on returning.

Everything you need in a great location.

We loved the location and the property was exactly as advertised. Anything you could need for a short getaway was provided. The hosts were very quick to respond and were very accommodating. The first thing we noticed was how clean the space was! Having a garden hose available to rinse off sandy toes and a cloths line to hang wet bathing suits and towels were a big plus. A quick walk to a bay beach, great for long walks in the mud flats! It would be nice if the shower stall was a bit roomer, but other than that, a great place for a getaway. We'll be back!

Perfect Cape Getaway for 2

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this cottage. While it may appear small, it has more than enough space for 2 people to enjoy and use as a staging ground for bike rides, good food, and plenty of beach time. It is also much closer to the beach than I expected! I would definitely stay here again without a moment's hesitation!
