Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod retreat! Nestled in the heart of Brewster, our intimate two-bedroom cottage offers a cozy and quaint base for your getaway. Situated on 2 private acres, you're just moments away from the soft sands of several local beaches and short ride from the best restaurants and shopping Brewster has to offer.

Just 600 feet away, the Cape Cod Rail Trail beckons cyclists and walkers alike. And for a dose of nature, Nickerson State Park offers miles of trails and fresh water beaches, it is a very close drive or a scenic half-mile walk or bike ride away.

With its compact charm, the cottage features a spacious deck and patio areas complete with an outdoor grill for those delightful summer cookouts. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The property boasts a large, fenced-in space that is ideal for kids to play around safely.

To keep you entertained during downtimes, we offer two TVs and Roku devices with guest mode, allowing you to log into your streaming accounts and catch up on your favorite shows.

For your safety and peace of mind, there are two Ring cameras on the property. One is positioned to monitor the driveway and parking area, while the second is located behind the shed, facing the wooded, undeveloped portion of the property. To ensure your privacy, please note that neither camera is directed at the house, patio, or deck areas.

Quaint cottage

This quaint cottage was an absolute joy to stay in for our family of 5. The kids loved the swing out front, which was great for keeping them entertained each day while we loaded the car for the beach. The outdoor patio was perfect for family dinners and the quiet, big yard made for excellent privacy. Easy access to the rail trail and a short drive to everything the Cape has to offer makes this cottage the perfect site for any vacation. Everything was clean, modern, and beachy feeling without feeling tacky. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much!

Weekend Stay

We stayed for the weekend, it was a good location to get around to other towns. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and a little beach.

Inviting

The space is not large but its inviting. Outside spaces for dinning and sitting were a highlight. I appreciated the full kitchen, which is why I rented the place verses others available in the price range at the time. Beautitul shower Keep in mind the only air conditionining unit is in the main room so you may have to keep bedroom doors open to keep them cool. I have had this situation in other similar rentals so its not unique to this unit. Beside that though the A/C unit was plenty powerful and quiet.

Brewster cottage

This cottage is newly renovated and is so cute and comfortable! There is a nice front deck with comfortable seating, and a patio with a nice dining table and grill. I used the outdoor shower every day, but there is a beautiful, new, indoor shower as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. Our lock box acted up one day, (probably our fault!), and Ekaterina was there to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. There is a big yard, and cute bunnies munching on grass to admire!! This was an absolutely perfect stay!
