This home abuts conservation land providing privacy, nature trails, and tranquility. Ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends, this spacious home balances comfort, privacy, and convenience.

    The heart of the home features a spacious dining room, kitchen, living room, and sunroom, all thoughtfully arranged in the center of the house. Bedrooms are situated on either side, offering ample space and privacy, so guests can enjoy social time in the common areas while others rest peacefully in their own retreat. Step outside from the living and dining rooms to a large backyard and patio, perfect for al fresco dining, games, or simply unwinding. Off the dining room, a cozy second living room or sitting room provides additional space to relax. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

    On one side of the house, the primary bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom for added comfort. On the opposite side, three additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, making this home ideal for families or groups who appreciate their own space. (the room pictured with a twin trundle is now a twin over twin bunk bed) Designed with entertaining and making memories in mind, the house features easy access to a private outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Parking is a breeze with a driveway that accommodates up to four cars.

    Whether you're enjoying a fun game in the spacious common areas, unwinding in your private bedroom, or spending time outdoors in the expansive backyard, this home is the perfect spot to create lasting memories on Cape Cod. Tons of space, great location

Beautiful home in the best location in Brewster. Lots of space for family to hang out and mingle. Great back yard and outdoor area. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to eat in. We loved it and would definitely book again!

Best rental experience we've ever had

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Robert Paul Properties saved us from a horrific rental experience with another Cape Cod rental business. Mary Cornish answered our desperate plea for a last minute Cape rental right away (on a Sunday in the middle of July, no less), met with me to show me the property and got paperwork and linens squared away within 1-2 hours. She was a dream to work with, a complete professional, and such a contrast in every way from the other place we had gone with initially. Mary even brought my mother flowers when I mentioned it was her birthday the following day. The house was gorgeous, clean, and spacious with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware. The property borders conservation land and was equally as beautiful and quiet. I almost don't want to say how great this place was so we have a better chance of renting here again but it's too good not to share. We will definitely book with Robert Paul Properties and Mary again.
