Welcome to your home away from home on Cape Cod! Hosted by HelmsBnB, our house is pet friendly and only minutes from the famous Brewster beaches, Orleans, Harwich, and Chatham. This is the perfect spot to call home during your family or group beach getaway.

This beautiful, spacious location is only minutes from vibrant downtown Chatham's shops and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Nauset Beach, Breakwater Beach, Brewster Flats, Jackknife Cove, Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Chatham A's Baseball Field, and Oyster Pond.


Main Floor:
-Living room with 2 oversized comfy sofas, large smart TV, and fireplace (for looks only!)
-Sliding glass doors exit onto to the back patio
-Open concept with a modern kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you would need for home cooked meals
-Dining room table with seating for 6 (+2 bar stools)

-Laundry/mudroom with washer/dryer and complimentary laundry supplies

Upstairs:
-King bedroom with ample built-in storage space, TV, and en suite full bath
-Queen bedroom with desk perfect for working from home (if you must) and a walk in closet

Lower Level:
-Media room with comfy, oversized, pull out queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping spots
-Kids toys included; great spot to let them play while the adults enjoy the rest of the house

Guests have access to the full house, with the exception of a locked supply closet.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.

Pet Policy:
We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours! We must be notified at the time of booking and prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup (2 dogs max). There is a $125 per pet fee and owners are responsible for all waste pick up and any potential damage. All dogs must be house trained. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

Smoking is not permitted in the house or near any open exterior doors.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
