Nestled in the Brian Head Village Condominiums, this exquisitely modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a luxurious retreat just across the street from the Giant Steps ski lodge in Brian Head, Utah. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this stylish unit combines contemporary elegance with cozy mountain charm.

As you step into the condo, you are immediately welcomed by the inviting ambiance of the modern living room. The room is highlighted by a striking wood-burning fireplace that provides warmth and a focal point for relaxation and a smart tv for extra comfort. The contemporary kitchen on this floor is a culinary delight, featuring sleek appliances, ample counter space, and a clean, stylish design. The adjacent dining area offers perfect seating for family meals.

The master bedroom on the first floor is a tranquil retreat, furnished with a luxurious king sized bed. It boasts its own ensuite bathroom complete with a rainfall tower shower head in a spacious walk- in shower, offering added convenience and a touch of sophistication.

Descend to the second floor, where an additional living room awaits, complete with a large, plush sectional that provides ample seating for socializing and a smart tv for cozy movie nights. This was one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in BH. The parking and location was great. The two living rooms was nice for splitting adult and kid time. The only thing that would have made it better is more seating in main living room.

The house was exactly as listed and looks just like the pictures, very clean and modern interior. Kitchen lacks counter space and storage, but all utilities worked wonderfully. The wifi cut out at times but worked well for the most part. We often chose to stream our phones to the tv. The kitchen table only seats 6,and it’s tight even with that, and the sofa in the upstairs living barely sits 3. Downstairs area has a nice couch and tv, but would benefit from another table to compensate for the lack of room upstairs. The showers tempature was also difficult to control- it would come out scolding hot until the hot water ran out and was then freezing, not much in between. Lastly- there is no source of drinking water which is not a huge deal, but prepare and bring plenty with you.Now with this said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the location was perfectly located between Giant Steps and wildflower, making it easy for us to walk to the coffee shop in the mornings and take a quick 2 min ride over to the lodge to ski. I was very pleased with the amount of silverware and dishes available for us to use. Would gladly stay here again.

Nice size unit. However, the kitchen table is extremely small only fits 4 people yet the house sleeps 8. The kitchen lacked in accommodations as well. The beds were comfy and the location was perfect right across from giant steps.

The property was very nice and updated. Across the street from Giant Steps. Only issue was WiFi which also affected the tv but we just used our hotspots and they have a dvd player and we watched their movies at night.

It is very good location for people come to Brian Head for ski, we enjoy the time here, only thing is dining table is kind of small

Overall it was a great place. The kitchen, however, was severely under stocked. There were no measuring cups or measuring spoons. And if you can sleep 8 people it would be nice to have dishes for 8 people. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.
