“Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. “This little place is the absolute rock star for a quick travel stop. Very inexpensive, but remarkably clean and well kept, with everything we need to crash for a night in a place that's safe, clean, and comfortable.”

“The shower produced only a small drizzle of water pressure. We reported that to the front desk. We had to kind of run back and forth in order to get wet. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Did have an issue with the thermostat. At first it didn't work, we couldn't turn the temperature down so we ended up turning it off. Next morning I discovered the front plastic plate on the wall control was not firmly pushed in to the wall bracket. When I did that it seemed to work just fine.”

“Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!”
