Hotel a Summit

“No hot water for the first two and a half days. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff were friendly and apologetic but no manager was on the property and when contacted did not show.”

“Being remodeled and wasn’t informed. They stared construction every morning outside our room at 8am. We were traveling with several kids and a baby. They woke up our grandkids every morning. The pool was nice. We had two connecting rooms for 3 nights. Kids and adults were woken up by construction crew every morning. Annoying! ”

“Yes, the room was spotless, very lovely. I like the name welcome on the TV too. Thanks for a lovely stay.”

“Good for a quick stop overnight. The breakfast is very sparse and not a lot of choices. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing! ”

“We’ve stayed at this property off and on over the years. Once upon a time, we’d rather stay at a SpringHill than any other, but quality has diminished over the years and there are other choices that remind us of the “way it used to be.” That said, it’s fine. One of the cheapening changes is the continental breakfast. I don’t know how they can make eggs and sausage so undesirable, but they’ve done it! ”

“It was an expensive hotel for where it was. We had no heat or AC in our room. By the time we noticed it was late & we were tired. Stain on the upholstered chair & a tear in the rug (easy fixes) ”

“I love the campfire area and I always dine in the Chinese Restaurant next to the hotel, Excellent food. I also love the garden beds. When I explored The Cedar Breaks many years ago, I stayed at this hotel. Its a convenient drive to Brian Head. This is the hotel of my choice evertime I'm in Cedar City.”

“The hotel was clean and quiet, hiwever the beds are hard as a rock. So no matter how nice a hotel is, if the bed is not comfortable, it defeats the purpose. ”

“We loved this little place! We will definitely stay again. It’s clean and the beds are great! We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!”
