“Nice new hotel. Good breakfast”

“Buon albergo e personale gentile, Camere pulite e comode. La piscina è al coperto ma almeno a noi ha fatto comodo dopo il lungo viaggio che abbiamo sostenuto: Proprio di fronte all'Hotel ce un grande supermercato comodo per chi vuole rifornirsi per la prossima tappa ll ristorante aimè e solo cucina cinese visto che sia l'hotel che il ristorante è gestito da quest'ultimi, ma devo dire che è un ottima cucina cinese, forse uno dei migliori sia per la gentilezza del personale che per la cucina ”

“Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins. The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM.”

“The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok.”

“We loved this little place! We will definitely stay again. It’s clean and the beds are great! We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!”

“The check-in staff wasn't very friendly, we found old socks from previous occupant in our room, the tissue box had only two tissues, and we found blood stains on the bedding. The breakfast was good. Check out was okay, but once again, the staff wasn't very friendly.”

“Older motel but was clean with comfortable beds and AC that worked great! The office staff was really nice! Enjoyed our stay and will be back.”

“The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual.”

“Great price, nice very clean large room, comfortable bed, larger than normal mini refrigerator, breakfast included. The only problem was the bathtub/shower was very slippery. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!”

“The guest in the room next to us was incredibly loud and I spoke to the front desk 3 different times and was told “oops I forgot “. The bathroom had long black hair everywhere and we don’t have black hair!”

“Evolve is terrible! We received all our CK in instructions a few days beforehand which I thought was a great sign. We arrived at the property and we could not get the lockbox open to get the key out to get in the condo. The two phone numbers provided we're not correct. We emailed the 1 email we had and she didn't get back to us until 830 pm via email saying "sorry for the late response I assume you got it figured out." Ah, no we didn't and had to rent a different place because we had no where...
