Con un accesso ineguagliabile tutto l'anno e viste eccezionali, questa casa contemporanea sul lato del cedro è unica nella zona di Brian Head. Accessibile tramite un ponte di cinquanta piedi, questa casa si trova sul fianco di una montagna di Ridgeview, con viste illimitate e spettacolari sul monte Brian Head, sulla stazione sciistica, sul Bristlecone Pond e sull'intera valle della città di Brian Head sottostante. Si trova a due minuti in auto da entrambi i parcheggi principali della stazione sciistica. Completamente rinnovata con ampliamenti negli anni '90 e 2000, questa casa ha quattro camere da letto (una suite principale con camino decorativo e vasca idromassaggio nel bagno principale), un bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio, un bagno di servizio, un soggiorno con LCD da 42 pollici televisione e un enorme camino a legna, cucina moderna con tutti i comfort, soppalco / ufficio completo di terminali per computer, Wi-Fi veloce e un'incredibile vista sulle montagne, e un solarium completo di vasca idromassaggio per sei persone, piccola palestra e sauna. Una lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice moderna e letti a castello per quattro bambini completano il seminterrato, insieme a una sala home theater che contiene un televisore LED da sessanta pollici. TV satellitare, tre terminali per computer, WiFi, telefoni e Internet sono inclusi. A causa della natura a più livelli di questa casa, non è accessibile con sedia a rotelle e non è adatta a persone con disabilità motorie. Potrebbe anche non essere adatto per alcuni anziani, a seconda del loro condizionamento fisico. Il noleggio ha posti letto per un massimo di sei adulti e quattro bambini / adolescenti / piccoli adulti. (1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size, 1 letto queen size, 2 letti a castello singoli). Had a great time! Very close to the lodge, skiing, tubing and a big sledding hill. Amenities in the cabin were great too.

House was in a good location, but very old and run down. You can tell it's a 20 year old home and a rental. I had to have them come and fix the heaters and fireplaces since they were not working. You can hear everything in the house as the walls and doorsdoors are very thin.

The location of this property is just perfect! Close to things but on a quiet street with a little bike path that walked through the fields (perfect for morning dog walks). And the view was so pretty!! The property itself is older but was clean and well stocked. It’s 4 floors so you’re doing a bit of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with bad knees. We arrived when it was dark so my boys got a little spooked discovering the property in the dark (the sauna room scared them to death hah). The indoor hot tub was fun too! Just a heads up, The master bed was soooo soft it smooshed down with no support so my hubby and I ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses. I realize that’s a personal preference not a problem, just wanted others to be aware in case you can’t do soft mattresses. But we loved our stay other than that! The host was very easy to reach and super pleasant! You can tell he takes pride in his house!

Great location and Communcation with property manager. Well stocked kitchen. Ony down side - no window screens. It gets as little warm in the summer (especially this summer) and we were leaving windows open to get a little relief. Open widows with no screens - bugs.

This is definitely a unique house! Our kids loved staying here, using the jacuzzi, it was clean, it’s literally minutes from the slopes! Unfortunately there was a power surge during our stay and the appliances were not functioning afterwards. Rich, the owner, was so responsive and jumped into action. He refunded us due to the fact that we had to vacate. We really appreciated how helpful he was. I would definitely recommend this property!

It was a nice place for us & our nephews to come together. Our nephews flew into Cedar City & was a quick 45 min drive to the unit. It was very well stocked. Minutes from the ski lifts. 2 minute drive to Brian Head, less than 15 min drive to Navajo. There were a lot of stairs but going up & down, for me, was good exercise for my knees. Family really enjoyed the place. Oh, btw, the hot tub was a hit.

Almost everything about the house and its location was perfect. The only thing about the house that was a bit of a pain, was the fact that wasn't a bathroom on the bottom level. So the guest that slept down there had to go up and down the stairs, in the middle of the night. And the clean people really need to clean out the big coffeemaker. Otherwise, everyone was very happy.

Overall we loved the property and it was wonderful having all my questions answered by our host before I even had the opportunity to ask!! The only areas for improvement were the shower cleanliness (but I’m also notoriously picky about such things so take that criticism with a grain of salt), and the state of the mattress in the master bedroom wish caved in toward the center. The kids loved the home and so did we. Conveniently located near both lifts and the general store. Would definitely book again!

The house was unexpected on every level. There was something on every level that was useful for anyone. From the upstairs loft with a fireplace and desks, the next level was a inviting and comfortable living room, kitchen, wet bar and outside balcony with a nice BBQ and an amazing view. On to the third floor, small bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and shower and the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, fireplace, very large bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub large sink area and a really cool shower with multiple shower heads. Onto the bottom floor, nice big family room with a tv and another room with double bunk beds and a washer and dryer, the small hallway off the room has a really nice sauna, off the family room is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large room with a nice spa and a work out area. It is a really nice house that anyone and any size family or group would enjoy as much as we did. And dogs are allowed, which makes it nice if you cant leave them at home. Rich is a great host for this house with many great suggestions.

Loved the location of the home. Beautiful views and cozy. The parking area was large which was great because we have a large truck. Easily accessible and the owner responds quickly. We had to change our travel days and it was done without any issues. Thank you for that. My family is greatful. I liked that there was plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen. It is pet friendly, so expect to see some pet hair in the carpet. It was a little stale smelling upon entry, we bought some air fresheners which helped with that. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Our only negative experience was not due to the property or the owner's co-operation.We understand that on a practical level ,there is no need for air conditioning given the primary purpose of the property.However,when we opened the windows to enjoy the cool and fresh air,the flies ,bees and wasps were overwhelming due to no screens on the windows.As a result,the top 2 floors were quite stuffy.Bur overall,I would most certainly and favorably recommend this property.
