“On the plus side, the room was fine & the breakfast was good. On negative side, the main elevator was out of order and I heard it has been for quitre some time. Also, I checked out the price a few days prior to our actual booking and it was a decent rate but a few days later it had gone up another $30. “The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me.
