“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner ”

“This was such a peaceful place to call home during our visit to Roatan. Just a short car ride away from the busier west end/west bay area where we would visit for activities or dining. The Blue Bahia felt extremely safe and everyone was very welcoming. The kids loved the darts, ping pong, and cornhole. Plus they have kayaks to use and the food at the beach grill was some of the best we had all week. highly recommend staying here! So charming and fun. ”

“We stayed in the bungalo. The floor was buckling so bad, it cut both my daughters feet. Upon speaking to the manager they"reimbursed" us around $480.00. Later to find out, they just took off hidden resort fees. Also they put mandatory tips on breakfast upon checkout, even after we tipped each day. Sooo many hidden fees here! Ill never stay here again. The cuts on my daughters feet kept them out of water and one got infected! Ruined our trip. Until they fix the floors here, do not stay...
