“The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. ”

Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird.

Dopo vari tentativi di contatto telefonico del gestore dell'appartamento, abbiamo ricevuto mail informativa per effettuare il check-in alle ore 18:20 del nostro arrivo, devo segnalare che non è stato piacevole.
