From the moment I arrived, the tone was set by an incredibly rigid and unfriendly approach. I asked about check-out time and was told it is strictly 11:00 AM, and even being 5 minutes late would result in a £20 charge. Colazione eccellente in locale attorniato dai bei quadri di Ian Gray. Siamo arrivati prestissimo e ripartiti tardi, e così abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano custodito i bagagli prima di avere avuto stanza o dopo averla lasciata. Che dire? Consigliato ”

“Business hotel poco lontano da Glasgow, collocato a ridosso di un grande centro commerciale un po' in periferia. Stanze standard, dotazioni nella media, bagno ristrutturato. Pulizia buona. Personale efficiente e check-in rapido. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione, ma volendo ci sono bar e ristorante. Per una notte va benissimo.”
