“I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me.
If I had been alone, I might have accepted it, but I was traveling with two toddlers, which made the situation much...

“Yes. Pool and slides were great for the price of the resort fee. The restaurant Valencia was unbearably slow. Plan to lose 2 hours there for a meal. The hallways were filthy (we were instructed to leave our trash in the hall. There was old trash debris scattered throughout the entirety of the hallway. It was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The floors in the room were sticky. The spaces were ample and suitable for a large family. The main problem was the elevator. Just one small...

“The resort is old. Our shower head was broken, the fan in the bathroom had no fan, the toilet was broken and ran all night. When I brought concerns to the lady at the check out she shrugged her shoulders.
For $400 a night, this is insane. Our friend was is staying all week had German cockroaches crawling around in her bathroom. We caught one to show management.”

“L’hotel non è male, ottima posizione, pulizia e grandezza stanza. Ma non era chiaro che questa parte della struttura ha sia la porta di ingresso che l’unica finestra (non apribile) su un ballatoio. Quindi per non farsi vedere dentro da chi passa per andare altre stanze occorre stare con tende abbassate, quindi al buio e senza aria fresca.”
