Impressionante 3 Bdrm Oneida Lake House Rental - Waterfront Retreat

Vieni a rilassarti e soggiorna in questa meravigliosa casa sul lungomare lontano da casa situata sul lago Oneida nel centro dello Stato di New York. La nostra casa sul lago recentemente rinnovata si trova in una tranquilla strada del quartiere di Billington Bay, sulla sponda sud del lago Oneida.

Scopri viste spettacolari sul lago da quasi ogni stanza, osserva le barche a vela e la fauna selvatica che si spostano dal tranquillo ponte posteriore e goditi l'ampio cortile con tramonti mozzafiato. Il molo privato ti darà accesso diretto al lago e tutte le attività che offre, tra cui: pesca eccellente, nuoto, kayak, canottaggio, immersioni e molto altro!

La proprietà è completamente arredata e attrezzata e dispone di splendidi pavimenti in legno, cucina abitabile, ampio soggiorno, ufficio a casa, lavanderia, cabine armadio, master con vista mozzafiato e bagno privato, tre camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni totale.

Family Weekend

Great lakefront view

We really enjoyed the amazing hospitality during our stay. I've stayed at several VRBOs and I've never had them supply 'nice' toilet paper and paper towels. Let alone other products. It was a nice change of pace. It was great to be close, but not too close, to Clay/Syracuse. The home also did a great job keeping up with the stifling heat. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a nice lakefront view, but nothing to far out of town.

great lakehouse-very relaxing

Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only complaint is no window coverings on the back side of the house so if you are shy, you need to get dressed in the closet or bathroom.

Great location

My buddies and I enjoyed the stay at this house. It was conveniently located next to the boat launch and lots of space to spread out. Also loved the long driveway for parking two boats and three cars… Super convenient would highly consider staying here again .

A relaxing stay

We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock.

Wonderful stay

Met up for a girls weekend and our stay as absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were responsive, the house was super clean, the location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Syracuse, and we immensely loved sitting fireside by the beautiful lake. There was even a small welcome package of amenities in case you forgot your toothbrush or shampoo (we’d add small soaps or body wash simply because we didn’t think to bring those). The only thing we’d recommend are some window treatments in the bedrooms for privacy and light blocking but otherwise we wanted for nothing. Thank you so much!

Needs attention

Was very nice. However there was a leak in bathroom sink upstairs. This was a big inconvenience when you have 6 people wanting to share bathrooms. It was very apparent that the leak has been overlooked for a while. The place was in need of deep cleaning, not something that the renters should have to do when they get there. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the views. It was very comfortable for us.

Close to home

We actually only live 10 mins from here but we were thinking about purchasing a lake house in the next year so we wanted to try this out. This house was just perfect for our needs for the weekend. Our older son lives just down the street so her could come and go. We know the area so we were very comfortable. The back deck and lake views were amazing and worth the stay. The only negative would be the entrance into the lake was weedy and shallow, but we made it through. Had a few friends over for dinner who actually want to rent this next year for a week, so maybe we will be back.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY

This was our second time staying at this property. It is the perfect location/home base for us when visiting our family who live in the area. Everything that you should need for your stay is provided. Walmart and Wegman's are just a short drive if you need anything else. Looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful views of the lake.

Great house overall! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom with a view of the lake was amazing to wake up to. I think it would have been nice to have the option of closing curtains at night. Nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place on the lake.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Nice fire pit next to lake, not too many bugs outside either. Super quiet neighborhood, no issues with noise or problems with anybody. Close to many nice places to eat and shop. If you like pizza and wings give Sami's a try, food was awesome! Dock is in shallow weedy water in August so we opted to launch boat at launch each day. A smaller boat would have been OK though. State boat launch was very close and we used it all week (free). There was room to park boat and trailer in driveway but backing down it with larger boat was a 2 person job. Had a great stay! Thanks!
