“Staff was friendly and room was mostly clean. I did find some crumbs under the couch when i was putting my shoes on but other than that nothing else was wrong. Nice large bed. My husband did mention during the dinner rush when we arrived showering was difficult due to inconsistent water temps. ”

“AC wasnt needed but the heat worked great The staff was outstanding ,very attentive and on top of your every need In Syracuse NY area there is lots of snow and the nice thing was they plowed and shoveled so it wasn't an issue for traveling people .They made me feel like family when I got the knock on the door asking guest to move cars so the plow guy could do a great job anything you need can be brought to your door in no time ..it's that centrally located to everything.. “Staff is always fabulous. Rooms are always comfortable & clean. They do their best to give you specific rooms if requested. We stay there at least once a month, & we will stay again when in the area.”

“The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.”
