“Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++”

“We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking. ”

“From the after hours security guard that walked us into the hotel, to Tamika who greeted us with a smile and quickly got us into our room as it was nearly 5am (due to a delay in our flight for 7hours!) to the bedroom, the quiet location. "Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile. Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile. Ti senti le molle compresse addosso. Non va. Per il resto, mediocre."
