“My family and I have been traveling to the Lakes Region for 30+ years and have somehow never stumbled across Cold Spring Resort. I am so glad that we discovered it, as we enjoyed every bit of it. The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three small children). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. “If you are looking for a remote SUPER QUIET, PEACEFUL, OUT OF THE WAY, COMFORTABLE place to stay (with the amenities of home). This is it. Within close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, the lake, shopping, etc...The view is specular. You can actually hear yourself breath. That is how quiet this place is. Just bring your bug spray and flashlight if you have a desire to walk outside at night. The owners provide all that you can think that you would need (in abundance). If you want to...

“Great home and a beautiful lake made for a great stay for us and our teenagers. The beach club access was another big plus, with activities for all ages.”

“Four of us stayed here for a weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was nice. A very windy uphill road to get there. It's close enough to shopping.”

“Perfect location. This was our second stay at Steven's wonderful home. Just as described in the listing. Kids loved the kayaks and game room. Adults enjoyed the fire pit and fireworks were amazing!”

“We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub.”
