“Honestly was very disappointed with this stay. I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi but it was not well cleaned and maintained. The room was also not the cleanest and on the first night I woke up to a burning sensation in my belly. It looked like bedbug bites. When I went to the lobby to show them, they didn’t even flinch or offer any apologies or concern. They simply moved me to another room. Did not even offer to comp the night or anything.
