“Keith took our reservation over the phone and was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Fortunately, he was there when we arrived. I couldn’t believe that he was even more thoughtful and kind in person. My husband and I agreed that he treated us like family. Just when we thought he couldn’t possibly be as accommodating to everyone, we observed that he treated the guest behind us beautifully as well. Whomever he reports to should promote him. ”
