“This hotel is in a great location on the side of a cliff, with spectacular views overlooking the valley. The restaurant had the best patio view, along with excellent food. The staff were incredibly friendly, the included breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the rooms were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The laundry facilities were a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”

“Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us.”

“Overall is a nice hotel in an historic building; the surrounding area is really beautiful with a covered bridge almost in front. The services provided are limited, some of the furniture outdate (some is actually vintage and it’s nice). Breakfast buffet is good but a bit limited”

“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“This was our favorite hotel of our 9-day Switzerland trip. Excellent location about a 5-minute walk from Wengen train station. Staff are warm and helpful. Great amenities like the water bottle refill stations and the always-available coffee machine, live music two nights per week, and in-house bar with great vibes. But my favorite was the spa! Huge sauna, steam room, and pool which I took advantage of daily. I had excellent spa treatments from Anna Mari, who was so friendly and professional...

“Great view and a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Interlaken. It’s just one stop from Interlaken Ost and can be reached by train, bus, or ferry. However, services are not very frequent, so it’s worth planning your transportation in advance. If you arrive before check-in to leave your luggage, you’ll have to contact the staff by phone or WhatsApp. Be aware that this may be inconvenient for international travelers who don’t use...
