“We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good.”

“Love everything about this hotel, staff was so friendly & the place was kept very clean. The room was a little dark but with this style hotel that’s expected. We got the courtyard room & i loved it. “We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away.
Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately.
They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min.
When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
The pool is great...

“I've stayed at other properties at the Rim area and have found that they increased their rates, free breakfasts sucked, some offered no free breakfasts, and some started charging for parking when they didn't charge for this in the past.

“Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking.
The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult.
The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table.
The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area.”
