“The staff was nice. The room is spacious. Having the sofa bed was nice so you’re not just stuck in a bed. Didn’t try the bistro. We ended up leaving a night early due to the snowstorm. Wish we could’ve stayed but the snow. ”

“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”
