“You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend.”

“Clean rooms, asked for connecting rooms, did not get them. Shower never got hot in either room. Price is high compared to others in the area, restaurant/limited bar area appeared to be only rarely used. Pool had lots of kids, Outback and Cracker Barrel next door. Based on the price 25 -50 a night higher than others nearby, I would not spend the extra $$ again”

“The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings.
