“at the check in ,
1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in

1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll.
2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception
3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”

“The checkin process is terrible.. The checkin time given was 2:30 PM. We reached the hotel by 3:30 PM.. We need to get a token to go to the reception desk.. There was a waiting time of about 50 mins just to reach the reception desk for checkin.
After so much wait, when reached checkin desk - they simply told - Room is not ready.. Howcome, when the checkin time in 2:30 PM, even at 4:30 PM the room is not ready. (We even paid 100% payment in advance)
The wait area is also jam-packed. ...

“It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.”
