“Good location and clean room. Gave 4* as it was rather noisy (road and other guests). Staff very helpful with a late check-in (via phone next to door as email not received with key code).”

“We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King...

“The only concern was there wasn’t a receptionist always available on weekends. As a traveller from out of country I count on receptionists to help me find my way around. When she was there she was excellent. No other concerns very clean and well looked after. ”

“We havw stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are always quiet and comfortable. We recommend this facility to anyone who enjoys comfiest and convenience.”

“Parking was easy, lifts nearby. Shops very close in Racecourse Road. the Service apartment was awesome.”
