“Beautiful, quaint hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Wonderful, friendly customer service. Loved how close it was to walk to the wharf with plenty of excellent places to eat. I didn't realize they had a free shuttle to the airport - another wonderful surprise. I'll definitely stay here again. ”

“This property is perfect for me. Close to Westfield, restaurants and public transport. I am a regular here as it ticks all the boxes for my Brisbane stays. Also has free undercover parking which is a bonus. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Another bonus is the grab & go breakfast. Always enjoy my stay here.”

“The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. The rest of the reception and spa staff...
