We would like to have conversation with our guests, but we respect their privacy and preferences as well. We are within reach via the Airbnb app, text message and phone call, and a number will be given to you once you’ve booked the apartment.
Queen Street Mall is 0.9 km away, while Story Bridge is 0.8 km from the property. Brisbane Airport is 8.1 km away and Roma St Parklands are 0.7km away. It's perfect for a luxury get away with the family.
Public Transport The apartment is 1.5Km away from CBD, easy access to everywhere with both trains and busses close-by.
- 180 bus stop on the doorstep with route 30, free loop servicing city, Spring Hill and back to City, route 321, leaves from Queen street in the city.
- Central Station and Roma Street Station are two main train stations in Brisbane, where is within 15min-walk from the apartment.
• Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
• Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
• Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
We have an allocated indoor car park and some visitor parking from the back entrance of the building. Please contact us for more details, if you need access to the car park.

To ensure everyone has a wonderful stay, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Parties and Gatherings To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and gatherings aren’t allowed, a penalty of $500 will apply and may result in the termination of your stay without a refund if this rule is violated.
Noise Guidelines: Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours: 7 PM to 8 AM
No Smoking This property is strictly non-smoking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, it may result in a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire rescue department. Please help us keep everyone safe!
Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 penalty.
No Pets While we love animals, we can’t accommodate pets due to allergies and other concerns. Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages/extra cleaning caused by the pet.
Keys You’ll receive one set of keys. If you need an extra set, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that lost keys come with a $250 fee plus locksmith charges and GST.
Please keep your keys and access cards with you, as we won’t be onsite after hours. If you get locked out, call-out fees will apply:
🔒 4 PM to 7 PM: $55 🔒 7 PM to 10 PM: $80 🔒 After 10 PM - 9 AM: $120 (Subject to availability.)
Check-in and Check-out Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need to adjust these times, just reach out—we’ll do our best to help! Late check-out is available for $25 until 12 PM.
Towels Each guest receives one towel. If you’d like extra towels, just give us a heads up a day before check-in for a small fee of $8 each.
Keep It Clean We kindly ask that you keep shoes off the bed and furniture. Please take care with food and drinks to avoid spills, and remember to clean up after using the kitchen. We appreciate your cooperation!
Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.
Respect the Environment Please don’t throw any litter out of the windows. We appreciate your help in keeping the property tidy!
Guests Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest.
If the guest maximum occupancy exceeded, we may need to ask extra guests to leave.
Reporting Issues Should you encounter any cleaning or maintenance issues, please notify Alice’s Home within 3 hours of check-in. Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the property’s condition.
Conduct To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases.
Access for Maintenance We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice.
Liability As this is a privately owned home, neither Alice’s Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks.
Damage Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
