The unit was not cozy, you could not sit on the lounge due to the smell and dirty cover hiding stains. Holes in one of the bed sheets. only 1 outdoor chair for a 2 bed unit. walls look like they were painted with undercoat to try to hide patches all over the walls. skirting boards missing, dirty oven and bin. I contacted the host Serain Residences to sort the issue however there only solution was to send a cleaner the next day. Which did not resolve the couch situation or outdoor chair. The photos online are not a true representation of this property. Also the pool was disgusting with mould everywhere. We had a show booked and dinner reservations and could not find anywhere else to stay. I asked the host if they had another unit they could offer however, they said no. It was a very disappointing experience that was meant to be a fun quiet relaxing weekend away with my friend.
