Our bright and well-appointed 3-bedroom apartment in Brisbane’s vibrant Fortitude Valley will have you booking your next stay before your time is even up.
Suited for groups of up to 7 adults, our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 3-balcony corner apartment is situated within the Coterie Apartments complex and comes with a free secure on-site car park.
Our main bedroom features a luxurious Super King Bed, walk-in wardrobe, digital Smart TV, and private balcony.
The large ensuite bathroom gives you dual vanities, so there will be no fighting over mirror space in the morning! Enjoy your time relaxing in the large freestanding bath with your complimentary bath relaxation pack.
The second bedroom offers 2 comfy King Single Beds, with the third bedroom a generous Queen Bed.
The apartment also features:
- A modern main bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separated washroom/WC
- Laundry with washer and dryer (detergent included)
- Ducted air conditioning throughout
- Built-in wardrobes with full-length mirrors
- 2 separate balconies adjacent to living and dining areas
- Large digital Smart TV in living room
- Coffee pod machine (some pods included)
- Modern appliances and kitchenware including dishwasher
Visitor Parking is available during check-in (Ground Floor and Level 1) at 107 Alfred Street.
FACILITIES:
There are 2 rooftop pools in the dual-tower complex.
Both are situated on Level 27 and are accessible between 6 AM and 9 PM.
If you require additional towels for the pool, please contact the caretaker during your stay.
I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
Brisbane is a vibrant and expanding area & there are few new projects in development that will make it even more vibrant. This does come with some construction and the associated noise. We thank you for your understanding.
