Hello Jo,Thank you for your review. As you commented that our rooms are small you must have booked our little compact rooms. Both our studios and one bedrooms are much larger with many more comforts. We hope you return and select one of these next stay.

Ok Kim, we are sorry you found us underwhelming. We thought we'd made our inclusions clear. We're sorry you didn't find our housekeeping details and so were disappointed. This is certainly not our intention.

Oh dear, We're sorry to disappoint you. We thought our servicing inclusions were clear in our on-line descriptions, but we'll look into them to see how we can make them even clearer. Likewise, we'll ask the "Unique Pizza Cafe" to see if they can make it clearer that they sell pizza. As for the helicopter, many of our guests find it very interesting (and we suspect the patient being transferred does as well), but being located close to a major hospital does mean ambulance and helicopter traffic. Indeed, many guests choose Hotel Chino due to our proximity to the PA Hospital so we thank you for highlighting this in your review.

Hello Vicky,After contacting you to ensure you chose the correct bedding configuration as your booking only advised one guest, we're disappointed that your husband didn't enjoy Hotel Chino. Our twin studios, like all our units, are in high demand so we don't really understand how it appeared as a storage area. In fact the unit for your booking is the exact same unit used in our photoshoot for the twin studio listing in hotels.com. Our rates always reflect market demand and we ensure we stay in the value for money space...we're sorry you were disappointed.

Hello Margaret,Although we don't have someone on duty overnight we have security and 24/7 after-hours phone service to answer most guest requests. If necessary, we also have on-call staff/management so we ensure the property and our guests are fully cared for at all times.

Oh Grant, I'm sorry you were disappointed with Hotel Chino. As a late arrival we trust our self check-in was easy for you. It's a shame you didn't complete your check-in the next day as requested as we'd have loved to have greeted you.Certainly we don't include housekeeping in the discounted rates, but we are happy to provide if you wish to pay extra. Just ask and you will receive.

We are a PA Hospital and corporate hotel in the inner suburb of Woolloongabba - the cross roads to everywhere in Brisbane. We're sorry to disappoint re our location for your needs. If a phone or email contact is provided in the booking, we can then correspond directly with our self check-in procedures which have been refined to be easily followed. We are so sorry you felt anxious.

Thank you Chee Kwong for your positive review of Hotel Chino as a great spot for a family long stay. Our fully self-contained apartments have space and facilities for a most enjoyable stay for singles or families. With demand over the holiday period it can be a little difficult to do spring cleaning, but we are back doing all those hidden little jobs (filters, behind furniture etc) that our guests appreciate.

Hello David,Thank you for your review. We apologise the second light in the bathroom wasn't working, however the main fluro light ensure great light in the area. The guest laundry drain can bubble up if there has been too much detergent used by a guest. Unfortunately this is difficult for us to monitor, however it doesn't happen often. We apologise that it happened when you were staying here.
