Lookout Unit 4 - Point Lookout, QLD

  • Le unità sono rivolte a nord e hanno una grande piscina e un'area di intrattenimento: le vedute sono le migliori a Point Lookout ed è possibile osservare la migrazione delle megattere (da giugno a novembre) da ogni unità.

    Caratteristiche: Cucina ben attrezzata con macchina da caffè espresso (alcuni POD forniti). Due bagni con due camere da letto con ponti su due livelli, ponti coperti di vergola che possono essere aperti o chiusi a seconda del tempo, lavastoviglie, forno e microonde, TV a colori e lettore DVD, lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale, ventilatori a soffitto ovunque, barbecue sul ponte e parcheggio coperto. Piscina e area di intrattenimento in legno.

    NB: questa unità può ospitare 6 persone, i due letti supplementari sono divani letto nel soggiorno.
    Tutte le prenotazioni effettuate dopo il 1 ° dicembre 2018 includeranno un pacchetto completo di biancheria. I letti non sono preparati e potrebbe essere necessario restituire la biancheria con le chiavi al checkout.

    Kate -Grazie per aver condiviso la tua casa vacanza con noi .... era in una splendida posizione, avere la piscina per bambini come alternativa alla spiaggia era fantastico .. e avere quei tocchi extra - i puzzle / giochi da tavolo e libri davvero fatti sembra "" casa ""
    Non vedo l'ora di tornare di nuovo!

Great but not perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff at Ray White were fantastic, made us feel welcomed and trusted. Unit overall was very good, and we understand it was not built in the last year or so, but there were a few things that made it less than perfect.Cleanliness was a worry. Maybe we were there the wrong side of a deep cleaning cycle, however there were cobwebs on the windows, grit all over the floor (we took 2 1/2 hours sweeping it), dust all over the extra linen, plus several pots had caked-on black grime inside them that we had to scrub off before cooking, The oven was lined with filth, and a few of the plates were chipped and lined with black streaks. The rangehood did not work at all.Biggest concern were the two trip hazards into the bathrooms, each of which have a 3 to 5 centimeter lip from the hallway floor level to the bathroom floor level. One of the people staying with us was a 74 year old friend, and he nearly went over twice. The problem could easily be fixed with some triangular section non-slip rubber. Overall the negatives were nowhere near enough to make the stay unpleasant (with those views and proximity to everything it's impossible!), but it was enough to take one star off the overall rating.We will be back in the future, it was that good.
